Plastic injection moulding and custom plastic part manufacturing

We are a plastics manufacturer with our own fleet of injection presses and an in-house toolroom. From mould design through prototype to serial production we deliver precise plastic parts for the automotive and consumer industries — on time and at a stable quality.

Technologies and capacities under one roof

Toolroom, injection moulding and finishing operations are all in-house, so your mould and your series stay fully in our hands — from the first shot to the packed part.

Thermoplastic injection moulding

Presses with a clamping force from 50 to 1,300 tonnes for small technical parts and large mouldings alike. We process ABS, PP, PA, PC and filled and engineering plastics.

Toolroom and mould making

We design, build and maintain injection moulds in our own toolroom. That shortens the path from part to series and keeps your mould always at hand.

Prototypes and series ramp-up

From a prototype mould through process fine-tuning to a smooth ramp-up of serial production. We verify the part before the full production tooling is funded.

Quality control

A metrology station, dimensional inspection and PPAP documentation. Every series carries a report and full material traceability.

Finishing operations

Printing, insert assembly, ultrasonic welding and sub-assembly completion. A part leaves us finished, not as a semi-product.

Recyclate and sustainability

We process regranulates and recycled materials where the part allows, and return production waste to the loop. Less waste, a lower price.

Your own mould is the shortest path to a series

We design the mould to fit your part, build it in our own toolroom and fine-tune the process right on it. You deal with one supplier from drawing to finished moulding and never have to move a mould between companies.

What our customers say

Polyform tuned both the mould and the process before we launched the series. The parts hold to a hundredth and deliveries arrive on the dot — in automotive it cannot work any other way.

Ing. Marek Šimko purchasing, automotive supplier

We needed a fast prototype and then a smooth series ramp-up. They handled both in-house and even advised us on redesigning the part so it moulds better.

Zuzana Hrušková product development, consumer industry

We value that parts leave them finished — printed and with inserts assembled. It saves us a whole operation on our own line.

Tomáš Baláž head of production, electronics
